The Aquabrim Water Tank Level Sensor (Capacitive) is a wireless water level sensor built for Indian homes, apartments and commercial buildings. It sits inside your overhead tank or underground sump, measures the water level all the time, and sends the reading wirelessly to your Aquabrim water level controller. With this water tank level sensor in place, nobody has to climb to the terrace or open the tank lid to check how much water is left.
Most tanks in India still use float switches, which have moving parts that jam, or electrode sensors, which have metal probes that rust and collect scale in hard water. Aquabrim’s water tank level sensor uses capacitive technology instead. It reads the change in capacitance as water rises and falls, so there is nothing to rust, nothing to get stuck and nothing to clean. That makes it a reliable, maintenance-free water tank level sensor for borewell water, high-TDS supply and the heat of Indian rooftops.
Because it is a wireless water level transmitter, no cable runs from the tank to the motor and no power point is needed on the terrace. The sensor runs on standard AA batteries that last more than four years. It calibrates itself to your tank’s full level and starts sending data as soon as the batteries go in. Readings run from 1% to 120%, so the system knows both how full the tank is and when it’s about to overflow.
